Mario Maurer 'E-live', 'The Buzz' Interview (Video)

Mario Maurer, a Thai model and actor, has finally met the representatives of ABS-CBN to finalize his upcoming projects for the TV network.

On "E! Live" and "The Buzz", the Asian heartthrob shared how excited he is to meet his Noypi fans through a pre-recorded interview. Maurer also revealed that he is going to work with local clothing brand Penshoppe and will do a movie under Star Cinema in his forthcoming visit in the Philippines soon.

The said interview of Mario Maurer reportedly will be aired on TV Patrol and SNN (Showbiz News Ngayon).



Update: Apart from the things Maurer said on the video above, he also shared his fascination with cars on "The Buzz."

Mario Maurer visiting Manila, Philippines as Penshoppe endorser

Mario Maurer, a popular Thai model and actor, is slated to come to Manila, Philippines soon for his first project in the country.

PR Asia Worldwide Communications director Joyce Ramirez confirmed the news yesterday saying the Thai heartthrob has signed an endorsement deal with them. Ramirez added that Maurer will be the new endorser of local clothing brand Penshoppe. She also denied the rumor saying the Thai celebrity will be paired with Kapuso actress Marian Rivera.

There is also a rumor saying that Kim Chiu will be working with Mario Maurer when the latter gets here. However, it's not confirmed yet. (Update: Ms. Joyce Ramirez belied rumor about Kim Chiu and Mario Maurer. She said Mario is coming to the Philippines solely for Penshoppe).

Mario Maurer, 22, was best known for his lead roles in "The Love of Siam" (2007) and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" (2011). When the second film was aired on ABS-CBN last month, it topped the daytime ratings.
